Responsibilities and essential duties include but are not limited to: Lead recruiting efforts by… • Managing job postings and communication with candidates on a variety of job boards, social media sites, and relevant websites. • Sourcing candidates through resume searchers, attendance at career fairs, and networking. • Responding timely to job inquiries, referrals, and related recruiting items. • Reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, and leading interviews. • Assist in the hiring and onboarding processes by creating offers, negotiating contracts, conducting reference checks, and collecting documentation through our HRIS. • Direct new hire orientation to ensure proper training for individualized roles and general compliance with government and accreditation requirements. • Manage for new hire follow-ups with check-ins, coaching, and training. • Understand and advise on market rates, competitive packages, and general trends in the labor market that affect recruiting.

Qualifications: • Ability to strategically, logically, and realistically analyze, evaluate and develop solutions. • The ability to effectively build relationships with individuals of all ages, ethnicity, education, and work experience. • Exhibits professionalism and a friendly demeanor, and is a positive representative of the company. • Solid written and verbal communication skills. • Comfort with computers and technology as needed to utilize HRIS. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and scheduling. • Reliable, ethical, and honest work ethic.
