Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Continuously feed extruder throat with cut strips of silicone rubber.
2. Change extruder heads/dies when necessary for job change over.
3. Clean extruder screw/head when switching between different color elastomers.
4. Responsible to make sure all equipment is calibrated and approved for use.
5. Detect and report improper operations, faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions to the supervisor.
6. Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
7. Follows prescribed plant safety rules and regulations.
8. Completes all ISO 9001: 2015 AS9100D quality training and follows related procedures.
9. Performs any and all other related duties as required or directed.

Job Specifications:

1. High School graduate or equivalent
2. Must be able to stand and work in various weather conditions
3. Must be able to work in a fast place work environment.
